When the digital machines became available to the
avarage DUB based studio, the style was taken to a next
level. Especially in the UK, the machines were
integrated with real musicians playing. There was a
time, in which UK DUB was more or less synonymously with
Digtal Dub.
DIGI DUB has long transended the borders of the UK
and has gone world wide. The music often transcends the
borders of Reggae too, but those who stay loyal to the
Golden Rule of a solid Drum and Bass Line often have a
