WWW,
January 2021 - "Get it from the World
Wide Web"? What is that supposed to
mean? Isn't everything to be found at
mp3.dubroom.org downloadable from that Word
Wide Web? Well, yes, of course. However,
there is a difference between the music
offered in this section and the rest of the
works. This page is there to explain it a
little bit further.
As you
probably noticed, the vast majority of the
musical material we reviewed here at
mp3.dubroom.org is "physically"
hosted on the Dubroom servers. That's
because much of the music is released under
something called "Creative Commons
Copyright", about which you can read
more HERE. Or the music was hosted on other
websites and these websites have gone
offline, sometimes years after the Dubroom
posted a review. We placed that music in a
special section as well, about which you can
read HERE.
When you
see "Get It From The World Wide
Web" this basically means that the
music is not released under Creative
Commons, the websites are still online as
far as we could check here at the Dubroom,
and so there is no reason or legal/moral
possibility to put it on the Dubroom's
servers. We can therefore not guarantee that
the music is available at the moment you
click on it.
We hope
that should you find a dead link, you will
report them to us.
