ECHO CHAMBER DUBROOM PODCASTER REVIEW
WWW, APRIL 2007 - With each show lasting about three hours, and with 10's of shows available for free download, the Echo Chamber podcasts can simply not be absent in your growing collection of tracks and shows. The show isn't only available on the Internet. Dr. StrangeDub, who hosts the show together with DJ Baby Swiss, is also broadcasted in the American state of Minneapolis on KFAI FM. And it's not a new show either, for in 2006 they celebrated their 10th anniversary. Often, the show is centered around a certain theme or artist, for example King Tubby's or Culture's Joseph Hill. And often, the show will contain a few non-reggae tracks as well.

WWW, May 2007 - Download three more hours of pure niceness, selected and presented by Michael Rose aka Dr. Strangedub and DJ Baby Swiss.

But, as the host announces in the show notes, archived shows won't be available for free download for eternity. With no thanks to the mainstream music industry, that tries to kill Internet radio.

MESSAGE FROM DR. STRANGEDUB: Recently the program director of KFAI-FM made it known that the station would like me (and others) to take down the MP3s of programs archived at OurMedia.org (and Internet Archive). The legal murkiness is mostly an issue of how long copyrighted material is available for download. Thus, rather than having programs archived for years, I'm going to cut back to a period of several months. NO programs have been taken down yet, but I will start removing the oldest programs sometime soon.

So.....get the oldest stuff now...before it's gone.
